Contract | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a 37-bed Bone Marrow Transplant ICU with a 1:2 patient ratio
- Administer and monitor high-risk infusions in accordance with unit protocols
- Implement Neutropenic Fever protocols, including blood culture draws and IV medication administration
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses and patient care technicians
- Operate unit equipment including Baxter Pumps and document care using Meditech EMR
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid in the state of Colorado
- At least 1 year of current BMT ICU experience
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- NIH Stroke Certificate required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Chemotherapy Certification
- BMTCN (Blood and Marrow Transplant Certified Nurse) and/or OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) certification
- Experience with CAR-T therapy or other innovative oncology treatments
