Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No weekends required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within an ambulatory/outpatient clinic setting
• Perform IV therapy and blood withdrawal as part of routine clinical duties
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for documentation and patient management
• Float to other units or clinic areas as needed to support staffing requirements
• Adhere to all facility compliance, scheduling, and policy requirements throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active, permanent California LVN license — must be in hand at time of submission; temporary or pending licenses are not accepted
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association or American Red Cross only)
• IV certification and blood withdrawal certification required
• Minimum 2 years of ambulatory or outpatient clinic experience
• Proficiency in Epic EMR required
• Flu vaccination required — no declinations or exemptions accepted
• 2 professional references from within the past 1 year of employment required at time of submission; must be supervisor-level or higher
• No scheduling requests can be accommodated — candidate must be fully flexible
• Local candidates are welcome; no radius rule applies

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient or ambulatory clinic environment
• Familiarity with travel assignment compliance processes and onboarding module completion
