Contract | Days | 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) with rotating day off; 5 x 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) may be considered | On-call rotation required

Key Responsibilities

• Verify orders and consent, perform head-to-toe assessments, and provide patient education prior to procedures
• Set up procedural rooms and circulate cases across IR, Cath Lab, and EP suites
• Administer moderate sedation and assist anesthesia providers; continuously monitor patient hemodynamics throughout cases
• Document clinical findings and coordinate effectively with the interdisciplinary procedural team
• Participate in STEMI call team rotation (1 RN and 3 Techs) with a 30-minute call response time requirement
• Support a high-volume environment averaging 20+ cases per day across 7 rooms, including port placements, liver biopsies, IVC placements, G-tube placements, PICC and central line placements, and neuro procedures (coiling, thrombectomy, embolization)

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin or a compact state
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience
• IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump) experience required
• Must live at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible at the standard rate; candidates residing within 80 miles are considered local and may be subject to a reduced rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in EP (Electrophysiology) procedures
• Familiarity with Cerner and/or Merge EMR systems
• Prior experience with neuro interventional cases (coiling, thrombectomy, embolization)
• Comfort with on-call responsibilities including weeknight, weekend, and holiday call rotations
