Contract | Days | 4 ten-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) with rotating day off; 5 eight-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) may also be considered | Weeknight, weekend, and holiday call rotation included | On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Verify orders and consent, perform head-to-toe patient assessments, and provide patient education prior to procedures
• Set up procedure rooms and circulate cases across EP, Cath Lab, and IR suites supporting 20+ cases per day across 7 total rooms
• Administer moderate sedation and assist anesthesia providers while maintaining continuous hemodynamic monitoring
• Support EP procedures including ablations (A-Fib, A-Flutter, SVT, VT), EP studies with programmed stimulation, pacemaker and ICD placements, and loop recorder implants
• Participate in STEMI call team (4-person team: 1 RN and 3 Techs) with a 30-minute call response time requirement
• Accurately document procedures and coordinate effectively with the multidisciplinary team

Required Qualifications

• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience
• IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump) experience required
• Proficiency with Merge and/or Cerner EMR systems
• Must live at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible as a non-local candidate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in electrophysiology procedures including ablations and device implants
• Familiarity with IR procedures and anesthesia-supported cases
• Experience working in high-volume, multi-suite Cath Lab or EP environments
