Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 4 weekend days required per schedule cycle | Expected 36 or 48 hours/week based on facility approval

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 26-bed Emergency Department with a 4:1 patient ratio on night shift
• Perform procedures including IV insertion, EKG, in-and-out Foley catheterization, lumbar puncture, central line management, moderate sedation, and cardioversion
• Operate and monitor equipment including ventilators, EKG machines, and Teleneuro systems
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including CNCs, HUCs, and PCTs/Paramedics to deliver safe, efficient patient care
• Document accurately within an EMR system (Level 3 environment)
• Maintain compliance with unit dress code: cobalt/royal blue scrubs only

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS or ENPC certification required
• TNCC certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• STABLE certification
• NRP certification
• Experience in a high-acuity emergency setting with diverse patient populations
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to patient care
