Contract | Days, 4x10-hour shifts, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | On-Call Required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with a daily caseload of 8–10 Cath Lab cases per tech
• Demonstrate competency in all aspects of Cath Lab Diagnostic and Interventional procedures, including Structural cases
• Participate in on-call rotation with a 30-minute response requirement; call weekends run Friday 7:00 PM through Monday 7:00 AM, rotating as first and backup call
• Document and chart patient care accurately using Cerner
• Float within scope to meet facility needs as required, with primary placement expected in the Cath Lab

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience; first-time travelers are not eligible for this role
• Active West Virginia state license required prior to assignment start; candidates may submit with a pending license but must have the active license in hand before beginning
• ARRT registration required
• Note: West Virginia does not recognize RCIS as a licensed credential for Cath Lab practice — RCIS alone does not qualify
• BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Candidates must have a permanent address more than 100 miles from the facility; candidates residing 75–100 miles away may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Structural heart procedures
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records
• Prior travel or contract assignment experience in a high-volume Cath Lab setting
