Contract | Night Shift (3x12 Hours, 19:00–07:30) | Expected 36 hours/week | Some weekends and holidays required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry float pool setting
• Float within the assigned facility campus as needed
• Perform IV starts and continuous telemetry monitoring
• Accurately document patient care using EPIC
• Adhere to all compliance, credentialing, and facility-specific requirements, including timely completion of the Ohio fingerprinting process

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license — compact or Ohio state license must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records
• IV start and telemetry monitoring skills required
• Nursing education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Locals are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a float pool or multi-unit environment
• Familiarity with large academic medical center workflows
• Strong adaptability and ability to transition between units efficiently
