Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Expected 36 hours/week | Every other weekend | No call | No holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care ranging from therapy level of care to PCU level of care, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5 (may flex to 1:6)
• Assess patient conditions, administer treatments and medications, and monitor outcomes
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Recognize and respond to patient complications and changes in condition
• Deliver patient education, health counseling, and discharge planning
• Supervise and delegate appropriate nursing tasks while maintaining accountability for patient care outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license in good standing
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Commitment to patient safety, quality outcomes, and compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC electronic health records and Pyxis medication dispensing systems (training available)
• HARP/CPI certification (training available)
• Experience in a fast-paced Med/Surg or Telemetry environment managing multiple priorities
• Demonstrated ability to provide patient-centered care across varying acuity levels
