Contract | Night Shift | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Adhere to facility protocols, infection control standards, and all applicable regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required at time of submission
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association) required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Travel and trauma hospital experience required to be considered
• Experience in a similar acute hospital setting required
• Flu vaccine required prior to start date; no religious exemptions will be considered
• Candidates must not have been employed at this facility (permanent, per diem, or travel) within the past 6 months to be eligible
• Local candidates will not be considered for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-acuity or level trauma center environment
• Strong telemetry monitoring and interpretation skills
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly within fast-paced hospital settings
