Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and document patient conditions accurately
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Maine
  • Strong understanding of long-term care and skilled nursing operations
  • Ability to work night shifts and manage a 12.5-hour shift schedule
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Previous experience in LTC or SNF setting
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
