Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient conditions accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Maine
- Strong understanding of long-term care and skilled nursing operations
- Ability to work night shifts and manage a 12.5-hour shift schedule
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in LTC or SNF setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
