• Full-time, 4 shifts per week, days, 8 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients to improve their daily living skills.
• Support patient progress through targeted therapy sessions.
• Document patient progress and report to supervising therapists.
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment.

Required Qualifications

• Certified or licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Prior experience in a therapy or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and safety procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with treatment planning software.
