Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients according to treatment plans
• Document patient progress and treatment notes accurately in accordance with facility guidelines
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and facility policies
• Maintain active licensure and equipment standards during assignments

Required Qualifications

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in outpatient or setting-specific therapy required
• Ability to complete documentation directly with ATI prior to assignment
• Willingness to start with a compact license and obtain permanent licensure immediately
• Equipment provided during interview

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior work experience at ATI within the last year or eligibility for rehire based on previous ATI employment history
• Familiarity with setting-specific therapeutic techniques
