Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to care
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Maine
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current BLS certification (or as required)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a SNF or LTC environment
- Ability to handle multiple residents and prioritize tasks effectively
