Key Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy treatments to patients based on individualized care plans
• Assess patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and injury prevention
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience providing outpatient or inpatient therapy services
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy practices and procedures
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• Bilingual abilities a plus
