• Full-time, Contract (13 or 26 weeks), Days shift, On-site

Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with productivity standards of 60 visits per week
• Float to other clinics as needed to support team coverage

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapist license for Pennsylvania
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Willingness to work in a flexible schedule with 8-hour shifts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Recent graduates and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply
• Previous outpatient therapy experience is a plus
