Job Title

• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shift (3x12-hour shifts per week), onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide optimal patient care within the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown unit according to physicians' orders and hospital protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs, assess patient conditions, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility policies.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Float within the hospital to assist in various units as required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid PA or Compact RN license at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care experience in a hospital setting.
• COVID vaccination and booster required.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening with rapid fingerprinting (within 24-48 hours).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Must be able to work a night shift schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt to floating and varied hospital units.
