Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services in a hospital setting, including night shifts at the Cleveland Clinic facilities.
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with clinical protocols and standards.
• Administer treatments and monitor patient responses under physician orders.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver optimal patient care.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Float to different units as needed, ensuring seamless coverage.

Required Qualifications

• Ohio RRT license in hand.
• Active NBRC certification.
• Active AHA BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Must have completed and submitted required background checks (BCI/FBI) within 48 hours of signing contract.
• Negative drug screen within the past 12 months, including nicotine testing.
• All certifications must be active and in-hand at the time of submission.
• Must be nicotine-free (smoke-free facility).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a hospital environment, particularly in Cleveland Clinic facilities.
• Experience floating between departments and covering multiple shifts as needed.
• Ability to communicate schedule and RTO requests upfront during the submission and interview process.

Additional Notes

• All travel compliance documentation, including standard Qualivis cover sheet and references, must be completed and submitted with profiles.
• Two managerial references from the past 12 months are required for submission.
• Smoke-free, nickel and drug screening required, with updated documentation within specified timeframes.
• Extensions available for up to 18 months, with required breaks thereafter.
• Modules are billable, pre-start, and annual, with a maximum of 4 hours for annual modules.
• Candidates must confirm full commitment and compliance readiness before acceptance.
