• Days, 36 hours guaranteed, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services to patients under supervision
• Assist in implementing therapy plans and documenting patient progress
• Support clinical team in delivering quality patient care during scheduled shifts
• Collaborate with therapists and healthcare staff to ensure treatment goals are met
• Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and patient responses

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or certification
• Prior experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting (preferred)
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a day schedule
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of therapy procedures and documentation standards

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in outpatient or skilled nursing facilities
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
