Schedule / Job Type
13-week contract, night shifts (3x12 hours), full-time, on-site

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients in Labor and Delivery, antenatal, postpartum, and well-baby nursery units
• Float to Emergency Department and Med/Surg units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and multifaceted skills
• Administer medications, monitor fetal and maternal vital signs, and ensure patient safety during labor and postpartum periods
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner charting system
• Follow facility protocols and maintain compliance with all certifications and licensing requirements
• Participate in orientation sessions scheduled on Tuesdays to align with facility procedures

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license and relevant state certifications
• BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
• ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification
• PALS (AHA/ARC or ENPC) certification
• NRP certification
• Prior travel experience as an RN preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• TNCC, NIHSS, CPI, and SANE certifications are a plus
• Experience working in small, critical access facilities with diverse responsibilities
• Ability to work independently and adapt to multiple clinical areas

• Facility provides housing at $225/week or local travel options available, with a minor rate adjustment
• Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
• Orientation only on Tuesdays
