Contract, 12-hour night shifts, onsite, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and document clinical observations
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety protocols
- Deliver care during night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active LVN or LPN license
- Must bring own gait belts
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Willingness to work evenings, weekend rotations, and EOW (every other week) schedules
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF environments preferred
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical setting
