Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and evaluate CT scanners, including GE Discovery 450 models, to perform diagnostic imaging procedures
• Prepare patients for scans, ensuring proper positioning and safety protocols
• Follow departmental protocols and maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system
• Adhere to infection control policies and dress code requirements
• Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating flexibility and critical thinking skills
• Participate in weekend and night shift rotations as needed

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology
• BLS certification
• Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in CT imaging
• Able to operate GE and other specified imaging equipment
• Critical thinker with strong attention to detail and patient safety

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification (preferred but not required)
• Experience performing CT, MRI, X-ray, and body scanner procedures
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR systems
• Adaptable and flexible team player, able to work independently and handle variable schedules
