Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week, local candidates only, every other weekend off rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor, assess, and document residents' health status and changes
- Assist with daily living activities and provide compassionate resident support
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality resident care
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and flexible schedule
- Strong communication and observational skills
- Compliance with all state and facility regulations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a nursing home or long-term care environment
- Knowledge of medical software and documentation systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
