Job Title
• Registered Nurse - CVICU

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, night shifts (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized care for cardiac surgery intensive care unit (CVICU) patients at a level 1 facility
• Manage patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications per protocol
• Document patient care using EPIC electronic charting system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float within scope of practice as needed

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of recent CVICU or CSICU experience at a level 1 facility
• EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) experience required
• Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse in VA or a compact state at the time of submission
• Must include SSN, DOB, address, phone, and email with application
• Travel compliance requirements including SSNDOB and RTO policies met at submission

Preferred Experience / Skills
• BSN degree preferred
• Experience with VA or compact states licenses
• Ability to work night shifts reliably
