Job Title
· Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / LPCC / LMFT – Adult PHP/IOP
Location
· San Jose, CA
Schedule / Job Type
· Full-time, 13-week travel assignment, onsite
Key Responsibilities
· Facilitate psychotherapy and skills groups for adult patients in PHP/IOP settings
· Document group activities and patient progress in electronic medical records (Meditech)
· Conduct psychosocial assessments and update treatment plans accordingly
· Participate in treatment team meetings and discharge planning
· Perform safety assessments as needed to ensure patient well-being
Required Qualifications
· Valid and active license in California as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT (full license, not associate)
· Graduation from a master’s program with at least two years post-graduation in related field
· BLS certification
· Ability to work well within a team environment and follow unit policies
Preferred Experience / Skills
· Knowledge of CBT and DBT therapeutic techniques
· Experience leading psychotherapy or skills groups in a clinical setting
