• Full-time, Days shifts, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care and therapy treatments.
• Implement and modify treatment plans under supervision.
• Monitor patient progress and report findings to supervising therapist.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and outcomes.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients' recovery.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Proven experience assisting in physical therapy settings.
• Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient care procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and safety guidelines.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation clinics.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
