Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 5 days per week, day shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing facility settings at a critical access hospital

• Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions

• Document patient progress using designated electronic health record systems

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care

• Cover select inpatient and SNF cases as needed

• Maintain compliance with all licensing and certification requirements

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (pending licenses accepted)

• At least 1 year of experience in outpatient, acute care, or long-term care settings

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Strong knowledge of outpatient, acute care, and SNF therapy practices

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a hospital environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with electronic charting systems such as Epic

• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting and adapt to patient needs

• Willingness to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year
