Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and treatment activities accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and modify care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, and facility protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Active physical therapy license in the state of Illinois.
- Experience in setting physical therapy treatments.
- Ability to work full shifts (8 hours) during dayshift hours.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Familiarity with documentation requirements for ATI or similar systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
