Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Manage a patient load of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits.
• Work collaboratively with a team and float to other clinics as needed.
• Maintain productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Ensure compliance with departmental policies, including patient care documentation and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality outpatient therapy.

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license for the state of Georgia.
• Experience or familiarity with outpatient orthopedic therapy preferred.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts during daytime hours.
• Strong patient management and treatment planning skills.
• Willingness to float between clinics if necessary.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic therapy experience.
• Recent graduates or first-time travelers are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience working in outpatient clinics is a plus.
