Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients at multiple facilities located in Detroit and Ypsilanti, MI
- Assess and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient communication and swallowing functions
- Document patient progress and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Travel between facilities as scheduled to ensure continuity of patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Proven experience in speech therapy assessment and intervention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to travel between multiple location sites within Michigan
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital, outpatient, or SNF setting
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
