Schedule / Job Type

  • Full-time, Night shift, 3 shifts per week, approximately 12.5 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to long-term care and skilled nursing facility residents
  • Monitor and assess residents' health status, documenting changes and updating care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with industry standards

Required Qualifications

  • Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine
  • Proven experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to handle night shift responsibilities with professionalism and compassion

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience with elderly or geriatric patient populations
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
