- CT/X-Ray Technologist

- Boone, NC
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 13-week contract
- Days: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), Saturday through Monday, including some holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume CT and X-ray exams in an orthopedic setting
- Ensure quality imaging and accurate documentation within the hospital environment
- Adhere to safety standards and comply with departmental protocols
- Provide exceptional patient care during imaging procedures
- Maintain up-to-date certifications and licenses as required
Required Qualifications
- Valid state Radiology Technician license (pending license with clear ETA accepted)
- Certification as RT(R)(CT) with at least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
- Recent experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC
- Current BLS certification through AHA
- Valid driver’s license for address verification (must reside at least 40 miles from the facility)
- Ability to provide NURSYS report and complete Qualivis cover sheet
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Orthopedic imaging experience
- Experience working in high-volume environments
- Familiarity with EMR systems beyond EPIC
