Schedule / Job Type

• 13-week contract, night shifts, full-time, onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility during 12.5-hour night shifts
• Follow facility protocols, including charting with Sunrise and administering IV treatments as required
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, adhering to staffing ratios and clinical guidelines
• Comply with facility policies, including call-off procedures and weekend schedule requirements
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently, maintaining professional standards
• Participate in orientation at designated facility locations prior to start date

Required Qualifications

• Valid LPN or LVN license
• Minimum of 2 recent years of experience working as an LPN/LVN in a healthcare setting
• IV certification and experience required
• Experience with Sunrise charting preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work night shifts and adhere to schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Ventilator experience is a plus but not required
• Good standing with facility call-off and travel policies
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
