- Contract, 13 weeks, Night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for pulmonary patients in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
- Successfully manage patients with trach and ventilator needs.
- Float within the facility as needed, primarily assigned to the core unit.
- Complete 2-3 weeks of orientation including patient-specific training, especially for trach and vent management with RT support.
- Provide bedside care during 12-hour night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience with Trach and Vent management strongly preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including EOW rotation.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in LTC/SNF settings.
- Comfortable working with pulmonary-related cases.
- Adaptability to float to different units within the facility.
