Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient progress and condition.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Nebraska.
- Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Strong clinical skills and patient care knowledge.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to 12-hour shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous contract or travel nursing experience.
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
