Key Responsibilities
• Provide acute care therapy services across hospital units, including discharge planning and care coordination.
• Work in all areas of the hospital, including multiple campuses within a short distance.
• Float between units as needed, supporting diverse patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment/discharge plans.
• Ensure documentation is accurately completed using EPIC electronic health record system.
• Adhere to hospital policies and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and licensure requirements.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in acute care settings.
• WA RN license or WA Compact RN license in-hand; CNA or LPN licensure if applicable.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with EPIC charting and discharge planning.
• Ability to work flexible hours including every other weekend and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to various units.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Diverse case management experience including Medical-Surgical, LLOS, and EDC.
• Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center environment.
• Familiarity with hospital protocols for float policies and Epic documentation.
