• Full-time, Nights, Travel, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient rehabilitation nursing care for a diverse patient population.
• Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and document care using Meditech system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during 12-hour night shifts.
• Support patients recovering from conditions such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, or amputation.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and care standards.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Proficiency with IV pumps, specialty beds, and patient transfer equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in inpatient rehabilitation or med-surg units.
• Knowledge of Meditech documentation system.
• Familiarity with trauma or neuro-rehabilitation patient care.
