Schedule / Job Type: Days, full-time (5 days per week, 8-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Complete documentation and coordinate with external agencies as required prior to assignment.
• Follow established treatment plans and adhere to facility guidelines.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality patient care.

Required Qualifications:

• Active physical therapy license.
• Experience in a clinical setting providing physical therapy services.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Equipment provided during interview.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient environment.
• Familiarity with insurance documentation and compliance.
