Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shifts, 7 shifts per week, 8.5 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Educate patients and their families about therapy goals and exercises
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts
• Proven experience in providing physical therapy services
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
