Registered Nurse ICU

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, temp-to-hire, onsite, 12-hour rotating day/night shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide critical care nursing across ICU, PCU, Med/Surg, and Emergency Department departments, floating as needed based on departmental needs
• Monitor and support patients with ARDS, COPD, STEMI, NSTEMI, DKA, AKI, UTI, and acute shock conditions
• Administer ventilator management, balloon pump, Artic Sun, cardioversion, stress tests, and other advanced procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
• Follow hospital protocols and safety standards, including working 2 out of 3 major holidays as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recent ICU experience, with strong floating skills across ICU, PCU, and Med/Surg units
• Valid IN RN license in hand prior to start date
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required
• Ability to work rotating day/night shifts with guaranteed hours (8, 10, 12, or 12-hour shifts)
• Strong skills in ventilator management and ICU equipment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ARDS, COPD, STEMI, NSTEMI, DKA, AKI, and ED support
• Prior travel nurse experience preferred
• Ability to float seamlessly between multiple units and departments
