• Full-time, 3x12-hour shifts per week, Day shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care within the Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including ECG rhythm recognition.
• Administer medications and treatments according to hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records.
• Ensure safety standards are maintained, including completion of required assessments and certifications.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand.
• Minimum of 18 months recent permanent experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Demonstrated ECG rhythm recognition skills.
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• Ability to work at least every other holiday.
• Valid drug screen (Nicotine & 10-panel) within 12 months; nicotine-free status required for most travelers.
• Completion of BCI/FBI background checks within 48 hours of contract signing.
• Able to pick up badge and complete onsite fingerprinting pre-start.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel experience in acute care settings.
• Experience working within a hospital system similar to Cleveland Clinic.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
