- Full-time, 13-week contract, night shift (4x10-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with medication dispensing and pharmacy operations in an acute care setting
- Perform sterile compounding and utilize pharmacy systems such as Epic and Pyxis
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy protocols and safety standards
- Accurately prepare medications and maintain documentation
- Adhere to dress code requirements (charcoal gray/pewter scrubs)
- Support the pharmacy team during third shift hours from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Thursday, with minimal weekends as needed
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Epic and Pyxis medication systems
- Proficient in sterile compounding techniques
- Certified in BLS and licensed in the state of Ohio
- PTCB certification preferred (not required)
- Ability to complete fingerprinting process as mandated (immediate compliance deadline)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in an acute care or hospital setting
- Familiarity with medication dispensing systems and compounding
- Prior work in a fast-paced pharmacy environment
