Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a busy ER environment
- Assess patient conditions, prioritize treatment, and document care plans
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure efficient patient throughput
- Administer treatments, medications, and respond to acute emergencies
- Monitor patient progress and communicate with families and healthcare providers
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of ER nursing experience
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous travel nursing experience in a fast-paced ER setting
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
