Schedule / Job Type

• Days, Part-time (3 shifts per week), 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to care plans.
• Monitor and document resident health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with activities of daily living and support patient comfort.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Follow facility policies and procedures to maintain compliance and safety.

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN/LPN license in the state of West Virginia.
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and flexible scheduling including weekends.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Basic understanding of electronic medical records and documentation.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working dayshift in a SNF or LTC setting.
• Flexibility to work weekends or rotate shifts as needed.
