Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, rotating shifts, 40-hour workweek, including call, with floating to other departments

Key Responsibilities

• Perform adult echocardiography, including 2D-Mode, Doppler CW & PW, valvular disease studies, color flow mapping, cardiomyopathies, congenital and pericardial heart diseases, and effusions
• Conduct 2D and 3D transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs) and hypertensive heart disease studies
• Operate and troubleshoot echocardiography equipment such as Canon i700 and i900
• Document findings accurately in the EMR system, specifically Epic from November 1, 2025
• Provide patient care and assist in departmental workflows, including floating to other departments as needed

Required Qualifications

• ARDMS or CCI certification in Echo/Ultrasound/Sonography
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an acute hospital setting
• RDCS certification with active BLS from the American Heart Association
• Competent in adult echocardiography procedures and device operation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Pediatric echocardiography experience is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records, especially Epic (from November 1, 2025)
