Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and document patient conditions and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards
- Participate in clinical interviews to demonstrate suitability for the role
Required Qualifications
- Current LVN or LPN license
- Valid nursing license for the state of North Dakota
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Regional travel experience is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar healthcare setting
