Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
- Monitor patient health and assist with daily living activities.
- Record patient information accurately and communicate with the healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Support patients' comfort and well-being through compassionate care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Current CPR certification.
- Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in LTC or SNF environments.
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare software and documentation protocols.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
