Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical unit
- Monitor patient condition and document care activities accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
Required Qualifications
- Valid Nursing license (RN) in the state of Indiana
- Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing or similar setting
- Strong patient assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working night shifts in a hospital environment
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
