Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, nights shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in IMC/PCU/Stepdown units to designated patients.
- Monitor patient conditions, respond to emergencies, and follow physician orders.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and observations.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.
- Proven experience working in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Previous experience in a similar hospital setting.
