Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, shift-based (Mids), approximately 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care and treatments to patients in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Monitor and assess patient respiratory status and modify treatments as needed
- Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
Required Qualifications
- Valid Respiratory Therapist license or credentials in the state of Indiana
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong understanding of respiratory therapies and equipment
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical setting
- Knowledge of adult and pediatric respiratory care procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
