Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of radiation therapy treatments, including simulations and treatment planning, in accordance with physician prescriptions.
• Fabricate specialized treatment aids as needed.
• Operate advanced equipment such as a Varian TrueBeam linear accelerator and manage EMR systems like Epic and ARIA.
• Treat approximately 25-30 patients daily across multiple treatment modalities, including 3D, IMRT, SBRT, and electrons.
• Assess patient data across all age groups, providing individualized care tailored to patients' developmental and health needs.

Required Qualifications

• Current Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a Radiation Therapist.
• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in imaging or radiation therapy procedures.
• Proficiency with Epic EMR and Varian TrueBeam equipment.
• Ability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a comprehensive cancer center.
• Familiarity with various treatment modalities and treatment site setups.
